Apply Actions to Multiple Line Actions Simultaneously

We have introduced the ability to bulk apply actions to several line items at once, hopefully saving you time from having to apply the same change to multiple line items individually. 

The following actions can be applied to multiple line items: 

• Status
• Base Material 
• Support Material
• Production Workflow
• Any line item Custom Fields available within the bureau

In addition to this, you are also able to Bulk Delete Line Items and Save Collection of Models, which enables you to download all selected line item model files as a .zip file. 

Process - Apply Bulk Actions 

In order to apply changes to multiple line items at the same time: 

1. From the line item section of the order page, select the checkbox beside the "Apply to 0 Line Items" button. This will select all line items within the order.
2. Remove any line items that you do not wish to be updated by unselecting the relevant checkboxes. 
3. Click "Apply to XX Line Items" where XX is the number of line items that you are looking to amend. This will open the 'Apply the Responses..." window. 
4. In the Apply the Responses... window, select the appropriate options that you wish to apply to the selected line items. You can enter data for Custom Fields by expanding this section if required. Once done, click Save. 

Process - Bulk Delete Line Items

1. From the line item section of the order page, select the checkbox beside the "Apply to 0 Line Items" button. This will select all line items within the order.
2. Remove any line items that you do not wish to be deleted by unselecting the relevant checkboxes. 
3. Click "Delete XX Line Items" where XX is the number of line items that you are looking to delete. 
4. Flows will provide a popup message for you to confirm the action. Click "Delete" to confirm deletion or "Cancel" to stop the action.
5. Flows will notify you the action has been completed successfully.

Process - Download All Model Files

1. From the line item section of the order page, select the checkbox beside the "Apply to 0 Line Items" button. This will select all line items within the order.
2. Remove any line items that you do not wish to be updated by unselecting the relevant checkboxes. 
3. Click "Save Collection of Models" and Flows will download the line item models to the downloads folder of Windows Explorer. A message will confirm the action.
4. The file item will have the following name convention "'Order Name' on 'Date of Download'".
